Know what you are owed, to the pound.
Brand deals arrive as email and then live in your head until something slips: a deadline, a usage right, an invoice nobody paid. Cronyx keeps the whole thing in one place, from the first offer to the money landing.

Lumen Skin · two Reels
One deal, from the email to the money.
Not a feature list. This is what actually happens over a fortnight, and what Cronyx is doing while it does.
Scroll the table sideways to see the amounts.
| When | What happens | What Cronyx does | Amount | Owed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 06:14 | A brand emails you | Finds it among everything else in Gmail and offers to turn it into a deal | — | — |
| 09:40 | You answer it | A reply is already drafted in your tone. It never agrees a fee, a contract or usage rights for you | — | — |
| AGREED | £900, two Reels, 30 days of rights | Holds the fee, the deliverables and the date their licence runs out | £900 | £900 |
| FILMING | Nine takes, two of them usable | Studio keeps the good ones, cuts the false starts and the dead air, puts captions on | — | £900 |
| DELIVERED | Posted, and invoiced | Sends the invoice off the deal, then chases it on a schedule | — | £900 |
| +14 DAYS | They pay | Off the owed pile and onto the year | £900 | £0 |
| Six of these running at once | The home screen keeps the total, so you never work it out again | £7,000 | £3,900 |
Figures from the demo account, so you can see the shape of it. Yours are yours.
Nine takes in. One video out.
Drop in everything you filmed, up to ten minutes of it. Studio keeps your best takes, cuts the false starts and the dead air, and adds the cuts, effects and captions. What comes back is a finished vertical video of 15, 30, 45 or 60 seconds, ready for TikTok, Reels or Shorts. Tell it what you want in a sentence and it does that instead.
Quick edit handles the small jobs on the phone itself: trim, join and reorder up to twenty clips, crop to 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9, add a colour look, save to your camera roll. No upload, no waiting.
Your raw clips are deleted a week after the edit is done. The finished project stays for sixty days.
Five tabs. That is the whole app.
Every screen below is the real thing, not a mock-up.
Home. Earned, owed, in the pipeline, and what is due next.
The part nobody enjoys, done for you.
You invoice off the deal: the fee, the lines, your own payment terms. After that it chases itself, from your Gmail, with your permission. Mark it paid and the rest never go.
Invoice sent
Built from the deal, with your payment terms on it, 30 days unless you say otherwise.
A reminder
Polite, short, and it goes without you thinking about it.
A firmer one
Named as overdue, with the amount and the date it was due.
Final reminder
The last one Cronyx sends. After that it is a phone call, and that one is yours.
You get told too
Delivered and still unpaid after a fortnight, a deadline tomorrow, a brand's usage rights about to expire. Those arrive as a notification, not as a thought at 3am.
Your inbox stays yours.
Cronyx reads Gmail to find the brand emails. That is the whole reason it asks, and it is the only thing it does there.
Use of information received from Google APIs follows Google's Limited Use requirements.
- Read-only unless you switch sending on yourself
- It never deletes or changes anything in your mail
- A drafted reply never agrees a fee, a contract or usage rights
- Never sold, never used for advertising
- Disconnect in Settings and access is revoked at Google
- Delete your account in the app and all of it goes, straight away
£30 a month, once it is doing the work.

Reasonable questions.
Does Cronyx need my Gmail password?
No. You sign in at Google and grant access there, the same way any app does it. Cronyx never sees your password and you can revoke it from your Google account or from Cronyx's Settings at any time.
What does the free account actually include?
Deals, the plan, the money side and the reminders, all of it. Two things are Pro: connecting Gmail, and editing more than once. The free account gets one edit ever, Studio or Quick edit, whichever you reach first, so you can see what the edit is like before paying for it.
What happens to my footage?
Clips you upload to Studio are used to make your edit and then deleted a week after it is done. The finished project stays for sixty days so you can download it again. Delete a project, or your account, and the files go with it. Quick edit never uploads anything. It runs on the phone.
Will it reply to brands without me?
Only if you switch auto-reply on, and even then it will not agree a fee, a contract or usage rights on your behalf. Those come back to you. Left alone, it writes drafts and waits.
Is there an iPhone version?
It is built and it is not out yet. Android is where Cronyx lives today, on Google Play or as a direct download. Quick edit is Android-only even once iPhone arrives.
Can I get my data out, or delete the lot?
Both, from Settings. Export gives you your deals, plans and messages. Delete removes the account, the synced email, the deals, the plans, the videos and the notifications straight away, cancels any subscription and revokes Gmail access at Google. There is a page about it if you would rather read first.
