These terms cover your use of Cronyx, run by Krew Base Network Ltd, 22A Maryport Road, Cardiff CF23 5JX, United Kingdom. By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].

Your account

You must be 16 or over and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

What Cronyx does — and doesn’t

Cronyx organises your brand deals and helps you plan and write content. AI suggestions (deal detection, scripts, reply drafts) can be wrong: check them before relying on them. Replies are only sent for you if you switch on Auto-reply or tap Send; those emails go from your Gmail in your name and you are responsible for them, so check your sent mail. AI-written automatic replies never state a fee or agree contract terms — anything that needs one waits for you. In semi-auto, your own message is sent exactly as you wrote it. Cronyx is not legal, tax or financial advice.

Your content

You own what you put in Cronyx. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you.

Pro membership

Pro is a subscription billed through Google Play or Stripe at the price shown before you pay. It renews until you cancel (in the Play Store for Google Play, or under Settings → Membership for Stripe); cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails you keep Pro for a short grace period while you fix the payment method. Deleting your Cronyx account cancels the renewal.

Refunds and payment disputes

If you paid through Google Play, refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy — request one in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. If you chose to pay Cronyx directly (card payments, handled by Stripe — Cronyx never sees or stores your card number), email [email protected] from your account’s email address about a refund or any payment you don’t recognise. We reply within 3 working days and refund payments that were taken in error or without your permission. You can also dispute a card payment with your bank.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, try to break it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Cronyx running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for missed deadlines or payments. Nothing here limits rights you have under UK consumer law.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
